Monica C. Marquez practices in North San Diego County in the community of Encinitas. Ms. Marquez, a 33- year veteran in the practice of law, and her professional staff assist families throughout the County of San Diego in advocacy and legal representation related to Personal Injury for Adults and Children, Special Education Law, Children’s Civil Rights Law, and Children’s Injury Law for children in general and special education.
She is also a trained mediator. As a mother of children with special needs she is very much in tune with the issues and concerns raised in school environments where children with special needs are most vulnerable to abuse, mistreatment, harassment, and injury.
